Scaffolding
- Supply and erect scaffolding to the front elevation.
Render repairs and redecoration
- Protect all windows, doors and slate cills using tape and drape and or timber.
- Protect or remove downpipes (6Nr), brackets & all other connections off the existing wall face – refix and make good from completion of works.
- prepare existing north elevation wall surface (main frontage) for new lime render repair application. Repairs consisting of removal to any hollow / loose render including making repairs to all surface cracks
- Make good to cracking in lime render and render repairs.
- Renew loose or hollow lime render, hack off, apply 1 No scratch coat followed by 1 No topcoat of lime render.
- Apply (2Nr) coats of mineral based paint to the lime render in a brilliant white finish.
