We currently employ a range of Multi Trade personnel along with Office Staff and Supervisors and 3 Apprentice’s.

We currently  have 3 young people completing Apprenticeships with Pembrokeshire College.

We currently have 5 office staff and 2 site based Supervisors.

“I started with PPM as a 17 year old school leaver, I have taken my chosen career as a painter and decorator.  Having completed courses throughout my apprenticeship with the Dulux academy, and having experienced painter / decorators on hand, I am now able to complete projects to a high standard on my own initiative.  PPM has had enabled me to grow as a tradesman, I can’t thank them enough”

Jakob has been with PPM since leaving school in 2021, he currently attends Pembrokeshire College as a Trinity St David’s Student, one day a week where he is completing Construction Management HNC.

” I started my employment at PPM as a Painter and Decorator, I progressed to a Supervisor.   I am currently managing projects through out Wales and England.  PPM has provided me with all the necessary training to enable me to become an invaluable member of the PPM Team.  I enjoy my new role keeping customer & clients happy through out the duration of the projects and I always make sure we deliver top quality workmanship from start to finish”

My Experience

I am thoroughly enjoying my Apprenticeship with PPM, it enables me to see both sides of the industry in my chosen career path.   I get to work with amazing colleagues and am learning so much from their experience and guidance.  I also get to achieve a qualification at the end of the 2 years.

Growing Through Apprenticeship at PPM

My apprenticeship at Priory Property Maintenance has truly transformed my life. From my very first day, I was immersed in hands-on training that sharpened my skills in plumbing, painting and carpentry. The supportive team fostered an environment where I felt valued, encouraging me to push my limits and take on challenges I never thought I could handle.

Overall, my time at Priory has been a remarkable journey of learning and growth. I can’t recommend this apprenticeship enough—it has laid the foundation for my future and shaped me into a skilled professional.
